​Transfer manual bookkeeping to computerized system, manage multiple bank accounts, to include lines of credit, credit card and installment loans, bank account reconciliation, full scope AP, AR and Payroll, review and balance expense reports. budget planning, cost review and containment, create financial reports for business accountant, prepare financial reports for lenders. 

Construction Administration Support
Schedule contractors, construction and renovation materials sourcing, pricing and ordering, manage business accounts to include General Liability Insurance, Bonding, Storage Facilities for equipment and materials, answer phones, gather lead information for quoting new projects, record customer quotes, and follow-ups, customer invoicing, pay sub-contractors and vendors. 
Paralegal - Legal Assistant
Draft attorney engagement agreement, draft corporate and estate planning documents, draft client correspondence, SOS filings, liaison with clerk of the court, record legal documents, research, client intake, conflicts checks, open new client files, set up clients in billing system, enter expenses, time, and prepare client billing for attorney review.  Post trust account and operating account payments, reconcile bank account balances, save client and accounting documents to file, manage business contacts.
General Office Administration
